When our dear friend Lynne-Marie asked for our help with a project close to her heart, there was no way we could say no! Last year Lynne-Marie went to Kenya with Parklands Church, Swansea and worked with the charity Kenya Children of Hope. There are many homeless children living on the streets of Kenya and the charity wants to raise funds to buy a ‘half-way house’ in Nairobi to provide somewhere safe for these children to stay before they can be re-housed with caring families. Over the last few months Lynne-Marie and the children visited the studio and recorded this album, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. We made the first 50 copies here, then another 50, and then, with a step of faith and the money raised so far, including a very generous donation of £300, Lynne-Marie placed an order with a manufacturer for 1000 CDs! These are now being offered for sale for £7.99 each with ALL proceeds going to Children of Hope, Kenya (UK Registered Charity 1055715).
